1. Here one of our
patient is undergoing surgery for the removal of the uterus as you can
see the large pus filled uterus which if remains inside the body of the
patient is life
threatning and to save the
life of the patient the complete removal of pus filled uterus is
necessary. The condition is called PYOMETRA . |

Here you can see the spay surgery in a bitch ,where removal
of uterus and ovary is done to prevent future pregnencies.It's an major
surgery done in general anesthesia and also the most common elective
procedure performed by a veterinarian.You can see the uterus held on fingers of
surgeon, shown out of abdomen ready for removal. |

3. A few days back we received a mail from our visitor that he brought a pup from a relative and that the pet is having severe eye discharge all the time. We advised him to visit one of our consultant and he was diagnosed having a DERMOID on the cornea ,means a growth of tissue on cornea with hairs .This is very painful to the pet and leading to blindness and so requires eye surgery by an experienced vet . The pet was operated by Dr.S.P.Singh successfully.
